Every draw on our platform is conducted fairly using a secure random number generator, every winner is real, and every raffle includes a free entry option ā because we believe everyone deserves a genuine shot at winning.

Participation is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. No purchase necessary ā use code PLANET for a free entry into any raffle.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Planet Raffle ā the UK's home for technology prize draws. Planet Raffle ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and all prize draws available through it. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Planet Raffle whenever you create an account, enter a draw, or otherwise use our platform. We've written these Terms to be as clear and straightforward as possible. A few key things to know upfront: ā¢ Every draw has a free entry option ā no purchase is ever required to participate. ā¢ You must be 18 or older and a UK resident to take part. ā¢ By using Planet Raffle, you confirm you've read and agreed to these Terms. 2. Eligibility
To enter our prize draws, you must: ā¢ Be aged 18 years or older ā¢ Be a legal resident of the United Kingdom ā¢ Have a valid email address ā¢ Not be prohibited from participating in prize promotions under applicable law By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. Free Entry ā No Purchase Necessary
Planet Raffle operates as a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter. Free entry method: Use code PLANET at checkout to receive one free single ticket entry per raffle. This free entry is available to all participants on every raffle we run, whether or not they make a purchase. Free entries carry exactly the same odds and draw validity as purchased entries. The free entry route is always available and will remain so for every raffle on the platform. This promotion is not a lottery. It is a free prize draw operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (Section 339).
4. Paid Ticket Packages
Participants may optionally purchase additional ticket entries to increase their chances of winning. Ticket prices vary per raffle ā see each raffle page for the current price. Available packages (prices vary per raffle): ā¢ Single: 1 ticket ā¢ Bundle 5: 5 tickets + 2 free (7 total) ā¢ Bundle 10: 10 tickets + 5 free (15 total) Free bonus tickets included in bundles carry the same draw entry validity as purchased tickets. Purchase is entirely optional ā a free entry is always available via code PLANET. Entry is complete upon successful payment confirmation or successful application of the free entry code.
5. Draw Procedure
Draws take place at the advertised draw time (typically 11:11 PM UK time). The winner is selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator, operated by our automated system. Each eligible ticket has an equal and independent chance of being selected. The outcome of each draw is final and binding. Results are published on the website and announced in real-time via our announcements banner.
6. Prizes
Prizes are as described on each individual raffle page. No cash alternative is offered unless expressly stated. Prize delivery: We will contact the winner within 24 hours via their registered email address. Prizes are dispatched to UK addresses within 7 business days of winner confirmation. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or fails to provide a valid UK delivery address, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
7. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances: ā¢ The raffle is cancelled before the draw takes place ā¢ A technical error results in a duplicate charge ā¢ Required by applicable consumer protection law In the event of cancellation, all purchases for that raffle will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ā a third-party PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your card details. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the selected amount. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
9. Monthly Spend Limits
In line with responsible gambling best practice, we offer voluntary monthly spend limits. You can set a personal monthly spending limit from your account dashboard at any time. Once a monthly limit is reached, further purchases will be declined until the following calendar month. The maximum spend limit available is Ā£1,000 per month. Spend limits apply to paid purchases only and do not affect free entries.
10. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must not share your account with others. Each account must be linked to a single individual. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or operated in breach of these Terms.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: ā¢ Use automated means to purchase tickets or claim free entries ā¢ Create multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits ā¢ Provide false information when registering or entering ā¢ Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the draw process ā¢ Use the service if you are located outside the United Kingdom Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any ticket entries.

All content on Planet Raffle, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for: ā¢ Indirect, consequential, or special damages ā¢ Loss of profit or anticipated savings ā¢ Loss of data or business opportunities ā¢ Any failure caused by events outside our reasonable control Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the three months preceding the claim.
15. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. Your data is used to manage your account, process payments, notify you of draw results, and improve our service. 16. Complaints

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
